At Thomas Design Builders, we are true believers that the best way to make design decisions is to see what they will look like. That is why we employ a highly skilled design team and provide them with cutting-edge software to help turn your vision into reality. We are constantly looking for new ways to improve old processes that’s why in 2009 we made the switch from traditional 2D modeling to 3D modeling by purchasing Autodesk’s Revit software.
Using Revit, an Autodesk BIM modeling software, we are able to create a 3D structure allowing us to create project drawings and details. Revit allows for better communication between disciplines and a more collaborate design process compared to traditional methods and software. Views can be created in real time and to scale ensuring vital details are not missed. Revit provides an interactive design process and allows for a better understanding of the finished construction product. Finishes are applied directly to floors, walls, and furniture that allows us to provide client with life-like renderings.
BIM
Working with BIM technology allows us to stay competitive in an ever-changing environment by creating real-time viewing. Utilizing BIM, processes and equipment drawings of fundamental building components can be effectively managed in a timely manner.
3D
IMAGING
Allows our team members to visualize projects in a 3D version to maximize efficiency in the design process.
RENDERINGS
Utilizing Enscape allows our design team to create realistic views that show clients a detailed view of specific zones.

An immersive experience perfect for choosing finishes down to the smallest detail allowing for real-time customization. Our HTL Vibe Pro 2 virtual reality unit provides our clients with high-resolution imaging that we create using SteamVR software.
